Terrace Park home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Terrace Park fell by $62,003 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $427,250 - a 12.7% decrease over the $489,253 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Terrace Park in the first half of 2017.
