Indian Hill home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Indian Hill rose by $194,025 while total sales remained unchanged with 38 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,092,500 - a 21.6% increase over the $898,475 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Indian Hill in the first half of 2017, as well.
