Lincoln Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Lincoln Heights rose by $16,750 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $24,750 - a 209.4% increase over the $8,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the second half of 2016.
