Arlington Heights home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Arlington Heights fell by $14,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $37,000 - a 28.2% decrease over the $51,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Arlington Heights in the second half of 2016, as well.
