Woodlawn home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Woodlawn fell by $28,310 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $41,690 - a 40.4% decrease over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Woodlawn in the second half of 2016.
