Lockland home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Lockland rose by $21,799 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,699 - a 72.9% increase over the $29,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Lockland in the second half of 2016.
