Mount Healthy home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Mount Healthy fell by $13,100 while total sales increased by 10.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,900 - a 17.5% decrease over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Mount Healthy in the second half of 2016.
