North Bend home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in North Bend rose by $13,250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,500 - a 22.7% increase over the $58,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in North Bend in the second half of 2016, as well.
