Cheviot home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Cheviot fell by $6,192 while total sales decreased by 19.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,200 - a 7.3% decrease over the $84,392 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Cheviot in the second half of 2016.
