Finneytown home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Finneytown fell by $10,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,000 - a 10.1% decrease over the $101,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Finneytown in the second half of 2016.
