Mount Healthy Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $15,950 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,950 - a 19.2% increase over the $83,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the second half of 2016.
