Bridgetown home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Bridgetown rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 4.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 102 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,000 - a 5.2% increase over the $106,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Bridgetown in the second half of 2016.
