Pleasant Run home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Pleasant Run rose by $100 while total sales increased by 35.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,000 - a 0.1% increase over the $111,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Pleasant Run in the second half of 2016.
