Forest Park home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Forest Park rose by $38,500 while total sales increased by 0.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 107 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,500 - a 47.5% increase over the $81,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Forest Park in the second half of 2016.
