Covedale home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Covedale fell by $14,965 while total sales decreased by 30.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 10.7% decrease over the $139,965 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Covedale in the second half of 2016.
