White Oak home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in White Oak rose by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,500 - a 28.2% increase over the $94,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in White Oak in the second half of 2016.
