Groesbeck home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Groesbeck rose by $18,500 while total sales increased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,500 - a 17.1% increase over the $108,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Groesbeck in the second half of 2016.
