Northgate home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Northgate rose by $23,500 while total sales increased by 17.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,000 - a 22.7% increase over the $103,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Northgate in the second half of 2016.
