Springdale home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Springdale rose by $23,625 while total sales decreased by 1.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,000 - a 22% increase over the $107,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Springdale in the second half of 2016.
