Monfort Heights East home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Monfort Heights East rose by $6,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 33 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $126,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Monfort Heights East in the second half of 2016, as well.
