Silverton home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Silverton rose by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,500 - a 23% increase over the $117,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Silverton in the second half of 2016.
