Anderson Township home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Anderson Township rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 289 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 332 homes sold in Anderson Township in the second half of 2016.
