Glendale home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Glendale rose by $40,230 while total sales increased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,230 - a 23.4% increase over the $172,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Glendale in the second half of 2016.
