Wyoming home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Wyoming rose by $11,000 while total sales increased by 17.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $284,000 - a 4% increase over the $273,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Wyoming in the second half of 2016.
