Madeira home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Madeira rose by $42,675 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $301,750 - a 16.5% increase over the $259,075 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Madeira in the second half of 2016.
