Symmes Township home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Symmes Township rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 17.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,500 - a 2.2% increase over the $312,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Symmes Township in the second half of 2016.
