Amberley Village home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Amberley Village fell by $73,601 while total sales increased by 55%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,900 - a 22.1% decrease over the $333,501 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Amberley Village in the second half of 2016.
