Mariemont home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Mariemont rose by $23,500 while total sales increased by 52.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $331,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $307,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Mariemont in the second half of 2016.
