Indian Hill home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Indian Hill rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 30.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $923,000 - a 1.4% increase over the $910,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Indian Hill in the second half of 2016.
