Lincoln Heights home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Lincoln Heights fell by $3,280 while total sales increased by 171.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $19,720 - a 14.3% decrease over the $23,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the first half of 2016.
