Northbrook home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Northbrook rose by $8,650 while total sales increased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 78 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 15.4% increase over the $56,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Northbrook in the first half of 2016.
