Mount Healthy home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Mount Healthy rose by $11,500 while total sales increased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 18.1% increase over the $63,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Mount Healthy in the first half of 2016.
