Cheviot home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Cheviot rose by $7,435 while total sales increased by 38.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,885 - a 9.7% increase over the $76,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Cheviot in the first half of 2016.
