Mount Healthy Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $24,400 while total sales increased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,900 - a 29.6% increase over the $82,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the first half of 2016.
