Bridgetown home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Bridgetown rose by $4,950 while total sales increased by 45.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 106 homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,950 - a 4.8% increase over the $104,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Bridgetown in the first half of 2016.
