White Oak home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in White Oak fell by $1,000 while total sales increased by 26.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,000 - a 0.9% decrease over the $114,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in White Oak in the first half of 2016.
