Finneytown home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Finneytown fell by $25,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 18.5% decrease over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Finneytown in the first half of 2016.
