Dent home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Dent rose by $7,400 while total sales increased by 18%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $116,400 - a 6.8% increase over the $109,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Dent in the first half of 2016.
