Monfort Heights South home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Monfort Heights South rose by $2,500 while total sales increased by 19.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 2.1% increase over the $117,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Monfort Heights South in the first half of 2016.
