Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $8,050 while total sales decreased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,000 - a 6.8% increase over the $118,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Loveland in the first half of 2016.
