Silverton home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Silverton rose by $12,250 while total sales increased by 44.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,750 - a 10.4% increase over the $117,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Silverton in the first half of 2016.
