Dillonvale home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Dillonvale rose by $7,002 while total sales increased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,502 - a 5.4% increase over the $129,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Dillonvale in the first half of 2016.
