Colerain Township home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Colerain Township rose by $2,274 while total sales increased by 57.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,274 - a 1.4% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Colerain Township in the first half of 2016.
