Mack North home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Mack North rose by $52,100 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,000 - a 40.1% increase over the $129,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Mack North in the first half of 2016.
