Mack South home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Mack South fell by $24,150 while total sales increased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,350 - a 11.2% decrease over the $216,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Mack South in the first half of 2016.
