Anderson Township home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Anderson Township fell by $4,238 while total sales increased by 49.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 294 homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,263 - a 2% decrease over the $207,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 197 homes sold in Anderson Township in the first half of 2016.
