Amberley Village home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Amberley Village fell by $15,500 while total sales increased by 86.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,500 - a 5.6% decrease over the $277,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Amberley Village in the first half of 2016.
