Kenwood home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Kenwood rose by $14,000 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 5.4% increase over the $261,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Kenwood in the first half of 2016.
