Terrace Park home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Terrace Park fell by $44,247 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $489,253 - a 8.3% decrease over the $533,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Terrace Park in the first half of 2016.
