Seven Mile home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Seven Mile fell by $28,625 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,375 - a 21.2% decrease over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Seven Mile in the first half of 2018.
